About Me

I stumbled into yoga after being sidelined by a running injury, intending to practice only until I could run again. Instead, within weeks of focused practice, I discovered the magic of yoga. It became a wonderful vehicle for self-discovery, leading to better health, strength, insight, and happiness.

My classes always have a focus on alignment and breath. Expect to be guided safely through integrated poses that build strength and flexibility, sweat, re-connect with your body, have fun, and open your heart.

My hope with my teaching is to share the benefits yoga has brought to my life with my students. Learn more here.
