My classes are vigorous, but accessible, so open to all. I offer modifications as needed. The foundation of my classes always prepares the body for the class, so you’ll likely be able to safely attain some poses that have been eluding you or resolve an old imbalance. I consider the movements in a yoga class to be “body prayers.” Synch the breath to movement and magic happens and eventually leads to quiet in the mind.

Private Sessions

I have extensive biomechanics training and love working with students one-on-one! Whether you want to deepen your practice, learn the basics to move safely and confidently into group classes, address a nagging injury, or learn healthy alignment, I can support you in your goals.

I especially love working privately with students to address the challenges of the modern body with therapeutic postures. Sitting too much and looking at phones and computers alters our posture and alignment. Yoga is the perfect antidote! We can address core functional movement and alleviate muscle tension through asana, myofascial release, and therapeutic and restorative poses.

Private classes are fantastic for resolving underlying imbalance issues and finding health and mobility, as well as a deeper, safer engagement in your yoga practice.
